Sarah began her professional career in marketing, and decided to pursue speech and language pathology when she realized that her passion truly lies in helping children. Sarah holds a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Mercy College, and completed her undergraduate education at Muhlenberg College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Sarah is American Speech-Language-Hearing (ASHA) certified, and is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
Sarah believes that connecting with each child to form a foundational relationship, building upon each child’s unique strengths, having a collaborative approach, and delivering interventions that align with current research build the foundation for successful therapeutic outcomes.
Sarah is PROMPT trained, and specializes in the areas of late language emergence, receptive language, expressive language, articulation, social skills, fluency, and academic support.
Sarah resides in the East Village where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.
